D -- REFLECTION SEISMIC DATA SOL N68936-98-Q-2163 DUE 081898 POC Phyllis Kennedy, Purchase Agent, (760) 939-4277 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure Reflection Seismic Data processed into final stacked and migrated sections suitable for interpretation on a Sun Ultra Sparc Workstation of Data acquired in the El Paso Basin, Eastern Kern County. Qualification Criteria: Offerors must have demonstrated capability and experience in performing the type of processing described in the Statement of Work using typical oil and gas industry-standard, exploration-type reflection seismic data. Experience with high-resolution, engineering-type data processing is not sufficient. Offerors must provide a list of a minimum of three clients (name of client, point of contact, position within the company, telephone number, and type of work completed) that may be contacted in order to verify capability to process reflection seismic data. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The factors which will be used to evaluate offers is Technical Capability and Price. A copy of the Statement of Work and Qualification Criteria will be mailed with the solicitation.
