This project consists of approximately 45.43 miles of trail maintenance to include removal and disposal of all dead, damaged and leaning trees, limbs, brush, herbaceous material, downed logs, and debris within the clearing limits. The clearing limits are 8 feet in vertical height above the trailbed and 3 feet each side of the trailbed centerline for the hiking trails, and 10 feet in vertical height above the trailbed and 4 feet each side of the trailbed centerline for the horse trails. This project is located on the Stearns Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest in McCreary County, Kentucky.
