The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, and material necessary for the replacement, upgrade, and retrofit of existing pneumatic, electric, and electronic controls with Metasys DDC controls and extensions to existing base Metasys EMCS. Included shall be all materials, hardware, software, installation and wiring. The existing base system is a Johnson Controls Metasys EMCS with a high speed fiber optic local area network communications system and Metasys operator workstations. The work shall connect into existing Network Control Units and N-2 Communications systems located at Building 3447.
