NASA/JSC plans to add sustaining engineering and logistics and resupply effort for the ISS hardware through delivery of the final flight hardware item plus three months under contract NAS 9-97029 with Wyle Laboratories for Development of Flight Hardware. This sustaining engineering and logistics and resupply effort is necessary to provide continuation of services including support to on-orbit operations through delivery of the final hardware item specified in the subject contract plus three months. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
