The Air Mobility Command (AMC) anticipates issuance of a solicitaion for software maintenance, logistics, and enhancements in support of the Falcon Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Gateway to Systems and Processing Engineering Corpoation (SPEC) of Austin, TX 78746-6558. SPEC holds proprietary rights to the software and is the only known source who can provide the services required. The resultant contract is anticipated to be an IDIQ contract with a basic plus three option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
