The Southeast Regional Office of the Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting a source to provide Laboratory Services for the inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, Estill, South Carolina. The performance period will include a base year with four (4) one year options. This service requires the contractor to provide routine and emergency laboratory testing services which include, but is not limited to: analysis and interpretation of specimens submitted (blood and serum, urine, cultures of exudate biopsies of tissues and microscopic examinations of slides, etc.). The services will be performed at the contractors lab. The specimens will be picked-up and delivered to the FCI/FPC, Estill, South Carolina, at 100 Prison Road, P.O.
