The Dept of Commerce, NOAA has a requirement for support services for Operation and continued development of the Northeast Regional Node of the NOAA Coast Watch Program for National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Narragansett, RI. This Contractor shall support the NMFS in the operation, improvement and continuing development of a computer-based system for receipt, management and redistribution of remote sensing products to end-users in the northeast U.S. The Contractor shall communicate directly with end-users, concerning their use and applications of remote sensing products, provide technical assistance on remote sensing issues and tailor certain products, data types and analysis methods to suit specific research needs. eriod of performance is March 9, 1998 thru September 30, 1998 with two one-year options.
