SALE OF REDSO BUILDING The US Government is seeking expressions of interest from qualified offerors to purchase its property located at Deux Plateaux, Rue Des Jardins Les Vallons, Abidjan, Cote d'Ivorie. The property consists of two 4 storey office buildings each having approximately 16,900 square feet, a canteen of approximately 930 square feet and overall grounds of approximately 43,675 square feet. All offices are equipped with split unit air conditioners. Additional equipment are (1) A Mital Superconsole 1000 PABX system capable of handling up to 250 extensions, (2) A uninterruptable power source (UPS) which at present provides back up power to over 125 computers, servers and other equipment and (3) Two back up generators with operating capacity of 70 KVA and 450 KVA respectively.
