The Contractor shall provide quarterly preventive maintenance, component replacement, emergency service (respond within 4 hours after notification) and Energy Savings Plan. Responding firms shall (1) have experience maintaining similar equipment, (2) must have all necessary test/ diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance, (3) have experienced personnel currently available within its present organizational structure and not rely on subcontractors. This contract will be for one (1) year period plus five (5) one-year options. The Government reserves the right to set-aside this procurement.
