This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 7819, $21.5 million dollars. This is sole source procurement to RTL Group Inc. 501 N. Morton Street, Suite 213, Bloomington IN 47404 accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). This requirement is for the following: line 0001 development of the Camouflage Concealment and Deception (CC&D) Interactive training CD-ROM, option line 0002 video editing-digitize video footage and edit into required format.
