S. Army Engineering & Support Center, Huntsville, Alabama, intends to make a sole source award to Solutions to Environmental Problems (Step, Inc), Oak Ridge, Tennessee, for Providing Internet Access to the Hazwoper 8-Hours annual refresher online course. This will be offered for one year beginning at the onset of the contract. The course is to meet OSHA'S Guidelines for an annual 8-hours refresher course. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers remediates the clean-up of superfund, former defense, military installation sites as well as response to emergencies involving the release of hazardous materials. This is not a formal solicitation. The synopsis of intent is to make a sole source award and is not a request for quotes. Contractors who can provide the U.S. Army Engineering & Support Center with the above services are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response which includes, as a minimum. The proposed credentials and qualifications, any applicable pricing data, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this specific requirement. All responsible sources may respond to this synopsis, and all such responses will be considered by the agency. Responses should be faxed to Mrs. Glenda Humphrey, 256-895-1197.
