Training will consist of a total of 2 days of training. One day of training will be for Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 and one for Microsoft Outlook. The training must be held at vendors location in an classroom environment. Training is needed for the following number of personnel by location: 7 people at Ft. Myers, 57 people at Miami, 95 people at Orlando, 56 people at Tallahassee and Pan-handle (32 DeFuniak Springs, 24 Tallahassee), 120 people at Tampa, and 24 people at West Palm Beach. A total of 359+- personnel will be trained. The Windows NT 4.0, training will consist of learning features of Program Manager and File Manager, customize the Help system, Managing Print jobs, use Object linking and Embedding, share resources, secure directories and files, associate files with applications and use swap files, etc...; Microsoft Outlook Training to consist of learning Chat and Mail for communication with other uses; the Schedule + Appointment Book; customizable cursors and pointers; and security privileges and permissions.
