General description: The work includes removal and repair of deteriorated base and wearing course paving by removing existing unacceptable material and replacing with new Bituminous Concrete Base Course (BCBC). Overlay station roads and parking areas with ID-2 Bituminous Surface Course. Install new storm drainage piping associated with the repair of a station parking lot. Regrade and stabilize drainage swales and perform roadside restoration and incidental related work. Also, repair and replace concrete channel as shown in the drawings. Contractor must keep a lane open to traffic at ALL TIMES. This procurement will include a base bid plus multiple options for the same scope of work to be performed in different areas, determined by the ContractingOfficer. The Government reserves the right to exercise these options based on the availability of funds. Bids will be evaluated on the total Fixed Price Lump Sum Bid Item, (Base Period plus Options).
