Closure of the landfill shall be in accordance with specifications and requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Work includes infiltration layer application, erosion layer placement, and seeding of the erosion layer. Project calls for moving and compacting approx. 10,400 cubic meters of infiltration layer borrow material, and moving and placing approx. 3,100 cubic meters of fill. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $75,000. Project completion time is within 25 calendar days after notice to proceed date. Solicitation packages will be available o/a 7/31/98.
