Project is located in Dallas, TX. This modification changes the requirements for response to the original CBD published on or about July 5, 1998. This solicitation is being done by informal source selection process. Responses require that first offerors submit a Technical proposal. The due date is 8/27/98. The technical proposal must be submitted prior to the price proposal. A price proposal will be requested from only those sources within the competitive range. TEchnicall ability is more important. Phase one offerors are required to submit responses to the information requested in the original CBD Notice for technical evaluatio. No more than 5 offerors who are re-determined by the Government to be in the technically competitive range will receive a request for pricing proposal (Phase Two). Award of this contract is contingent upon successful lnegotiations foa reasonable price, however award may be made without discussion. Offerors will not be reimbursed for phase one or phase two proposal submittal expenses. The Government is not limited to contacting only those references provided by the offeror(s). The Government may consider an offeror's performance on contracts not listed by the offeror, but that the Government is aware of, or becomes aware of.
