Phase 1 Project includes installation of a 4 free-standing computer room a/c units, 4 air-cooled condensers on the roof and 1 rooftop make-up air unit. Also included are all necessary instrumentation and controls, ductwork, duct accessories, plumbing, power supply wiring. Phase II project includes contractor providing 3 PDU's and transfer the power supplies that is feeding the panels serving computer equip to directly feed the new PDU's. Provide wiring from the PDU's to each computer equip, demolish all feeders, conduits, etc. that will be replaced by 3 PDU's back to the panels. Period of performance is 180 days after Notice to Proceed, Estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
