This is a source selection procurement to select the proposal that represents the best value to the Government based on price and non-price related factors. The work is for the repair of Super Typhoon Paka Damaged Homes at Flag Circle, Nimitz Hill, Guam, M.I. The project includes the design and construction of the following and incidental related work: Replace House Units #101 and #105 with new concrete houses complete with carport and landscaping. Repair House Units #102, #103, #106, and #107 as follows: Replace existing 2-bedroom wooden portion of structure with concrete structure. Replace existing exterior doors and windows with new doors and windows to withstand 320 kph (200 mph) wind force. Replace carport with new concrete carport. Install window canopies. Install A/C ductwork as required and develop exterior wall insulation values as required. Repair House Unit #104 as follows: Replace existing 1-bedroom wooden portion of structure with concrete structure. Replace existing exterior doors and windows with new doors and windows to withstand 320 kph (200 mph) wind force. Repair wall and roof leaks. Replace carport with new concrete carport. Install window canopies. Install A/C ductwork as required and develop exterior wall insulation values as required. The location of the work is at Flag Circle, Nimitz Hill, Guam, M.I.
