SUB-ELEMENTS: (a) Building User's satisfaction for quality, timeliness, management, and reasonableness of cost. Provide Contractor's performance evaluation, recognition of awards, and letters of appreciation. (b) Experience Modification Rate for state of Hawaii for current year, plus last 5 yrs. (c) Contractor's claim and disputes rate; contract modification and cost growth rates. 2. PRICE IS ALSO EVALUATED AND CONSIDERED AN EQUAL VALUE IN DETERMINING BEST VALUE.
