Allen, Contract Specialist (757) 852-3419 Pre-solicitation Notice: Provide materials and services necessary to perform repairs to Building Nos. 4, 5, 6, 8, 125, 202, 206, 210, 214, 298, and 555 at Governors Island, New York. The work includes, but is not limited to, slate roof repairs to Building 125 and 555; EPDM roof replacement to Building 5; built up roof repairs to Building 4, 8, and 298; asphalt shingle roof repairs to Building Nos. 4, 8, and 298, and wood soffit and fascia repairs to Building Nos. 4, 298, and 555. The work also includes Optional Bid Items 1 and 2. Optional Bid Item 1: Exterior masonry repairs to chimneys and walls on Buildings 202, 210, 214, and 298. Optional Bid Item 2: Interior plaster and wood flooring repairs to water damage in Building Nos. 4, 5, 6, 202, 214, 298, and 555. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specification and drawings for this solicitation and shall be completed within 180 calendar days after Award.
