This solicitation is for MK 117 Blast Deflectors in accordance with Drawing 1638AS112 Rev C. 10 each First Articles due 90 days after date of contract, 1,250 each (base year), production quantity due 600 each 90 days after First Article approved with 650 each 120 days thereafter. Four (4) stepladder option years with 500, 700, 1000, or 1,250 quantities each year. Option quantity to be delivered 500 each 90 days after exercise of option, 700 each 120 days after exercise of option, 1000 each 150 days after exericse of option, 1,250 each 180 days after exercise of option. Award will be made based on Best Value using the following factors in order of importance. 1) Offer Submission Acceptability, 2) Offeror Capability, and 3) Cost/Price. The proposed contract listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside.
