The minimum quantity is 500 each and the maximum quantity is 3,125. Applicable to T-700 Engine. FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland, PA. Required delilvery with First Article is First Article Test Report due 198 days after date of contract with 500 each due 240 days and 500 each month thereafter until shipped complete. Without First Article delivery is 500 each due 210 DACA and 500 each month thereafter until shipped complete. This procurement requires prequalification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved sources are: General Electric Co., Lynn, MA, Eaton Corporation, El Segundo, CA and Allied Signal Inc., Tempe, AZ. The time required for approval of new supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations IAW the instructions contained in Section L of the solicitation.
