Shall initiate corrective measures within 2 hours of the initial call. Provide an Ethernet interface (10Base-T) and must exchange routing information via the Border Gateway Protocol (version 4). Current premise router is a Cisco 4500 running 10S 11.2. Shall preserve the Autonomous Systems (AS) path. MUST PROVIDE A T3 (45 MBITS/SEC) POINT-OF-PRESENCE ON OAHU, HAWAII in order to assure a congestion free service. Provide weekly traffic reports showing link utilization (both inbound and outbound) as a function of time. Report be provided electronically and delivered via email. Period of performance 0ctober 01 1998 thru September 30, 1999. Early installation of circuits and customer premise equipment is strongly recommended.
