Q -- MEDICAL SERVICES SOL RFP 549-118-98 DUE 090898 POC John Mraz (903) 583-6270 The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Health Care System has a requirement for Community Based Outpatient Clinics to provide primary care to eligible veterans in each of the following Texas counties: Eastland, Stephens, Palo Pinto, Parker and Hood. The counties are located west of Fort Worth, TX. The contractor shall provide for the delivery and management of continuous primary and preventive medical health care for all eligible Veteran Affairs enrolled patients. The contractor shall provide health care providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and supplies, short-term pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative support. Compensation shall be made through a monthly capitation payments for each patient in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proposed contract. Multiple awards shall be considered.
