The General Services Administration plans to issue Amendment No. 2 to FCXB-T5-980001-N revising the Statement of Work (SOW) to clarify the inclusion of certain services including, major account benefits administration, transactions management, portfolio management and trust fund management. The amended solicitation will provide for a limited open season for receipt of new offers for affected Special Item Numbers (SIN) only. It is anticipated that SIN 621-1; Program Financial Advisor Services, and SIN 621-4; Loan and Other Asset Servicing/Management will be affected. Detailed descriptions of these SINs are available in the basic solicitation. Offers for other SINs will not be accepted under the limited open season, however, a full open season for all SINs is planned to begin within 12-18 months. The limited open season for receipt of new offers will extend from August 3, 1998 through August 20, 1998. Copies of the amendment will be distributed to current offerors. A corresponding modification will be distributed to current contractors.
