This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to refine the user interface of the Integrated Requirements Model (IRM), further enhancing productivity estimates in the IRM, and modifying the model to improve display of requirement output. The contractor shall also make improvements to the Econometrics Model of Dental Services (EMODS) and prepare a report regarding the EMODS adaptability to analyze policies affecting economically disadvantaged children. The period of performance for this project is 10 months. The Vector Research, Inc., is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
