Supplier will design, produce, mail, tabulate and report a tracking survey. Mailings should not be less than 50,000. Each quarter the supplier will administer a household tracking and Celebrate the Century study that will measure stamp retention based on actual behavior. Also, one survey at end of the calendar year to measure all definitive stamps. Contract period is for five (5) years beginning January 1, 1999.
