U -- U -- INSTRUCTIONAL METHODS COURSE SOL DACW87-98-Q-0182 DUE 081598 POC Purchasing Agent Glenda Humphrey (256) 895-1133 (Site Code DACA87) Offeror shall provide all services, personnel, travel, and lodging for Contractor personnel necessary to present a course of instruction for the Instructional Methods in Huntsville, AL as follows: 19-23 October 1998; and 7-11 December 1998. Option Year FY00 in Huntsville, AL as follows: 16-20 October 1999; and 4-8 December 1999. Option Year FY01 in Huntsville, AL as follows: 15-19 October 2000; and 3-7 December 2000. This course is designed to provide potential PROSPECT instructors with the knowledge of, as well as practice implementing, methods and techniques necessary to design, develop and instruct, and evaluate a training course. The Contractor shall provide two instructors who shall be present during the 36 hours of instruction. Special technical experience and qualifications will be set forth in this solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 15 August 1998. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained by written request. Telephonic request will not be honored. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8999. This is a 100% set aside for small business procurement. For the purpose of this solicitation, any concern whose gross annual receipts over the past 3 years does not exceed an average of $5,000,000 is considered a small business.
