This notification is issued to determine interest and eligibility for competition. The estimated cost range of the project is $21,000,000 to $24,000,000. The project is anticipated to be procured using informal Source Selection procedures which will result in a firm-fixed price award to the offeror which provides the "best value" to the Government with technical ability being more important than price. In addition to other technical proposal requirements, eligible firms and key personnel will be expected to have experience with two (2) similar projects within the last eight (8) years. Similar projects are defined as: New construction of multi-story (three stories minimum) 100,000 gross square feet or more buildings of average, or greater than average, complexity such as courthouses, commercial office buildings, federal or municipal buildings, hospitals, hotels, laboratories, or airport facilities.
