Contractor will provide all Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Performance required to Repair Base Pavements at McConnell AFB, KS. Work will include, but is not limited to, recontructing and resurfacing various vehicle and equipment parking lots, streets, roads, and miscellaneous pavements throughout the base. Work will also include construction of new pavements. Pavement repairs to include patching, overlaying asphaltic concrete, curb and gutter replacement, valley gutter replacement, side and handicap ramp installation and replacement, milling, pavement removal, pulverization, slurry sealing, compaction, lime stabilization, and pavement markings. Also included is construction of new storm sewer inlet, manhole, and storm sewer inlet as required. This is an Indefinate Delivery, Indefinate Quantity Requirements Contract. Magnitude of Construction is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Anticipated issuance date for Request for Proposal F14614-98-R0025 is 7 Aug 98. Tentative opening date is 7 Sep 98. A site visitis scheduled for 21 Aug 98 at 1:00 PM CST at McConnell AFB, KS. Performance period will be 365 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
