DESC: Subject project involves the removal of two personnel doors, cutting three openings in exterior shell of facility, and installing three 24 gauge steel, insulated, electrically powered overhead sectional doors, 18 foot wide by 16 foot high. Work to include installation of metal framework and trim necessary to provide finished product. This will be a firm fixed-price contract with a performance period of 30 calendar days from the notice-to-proceed. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
