Mosley, (914) 737-4400, ext. 2602 Furish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to install a new Underground Natural Gas Distribution System and service to Buildings 1,3,5,8,17,24,25,27,30,31, and 36 from Building 18 at the Hudson Valley Health Care System, FDR Campus, Montrose, New York 10548. Work includes common excavation (trenching), approximately seventy-five (75) cubic yards of rock excavation, laying of new piping next to existing piping (wherever feasible), abandonment of existing piping, in in situ (wherever possible), removal of esixting piping as described in the drawings, remonval and replacement of piping servicing buildings, demolition and removal of existing valves and drip pots, installation of new valves and boxes. Also, demolition, removal and repavement of existing roads, walks, and parking areas as necessary, backfilling and compacting of trenches, relandscacping, tunneling under connecting corridors and headhouses, replacement of streetlight cables where new gas lines cross, and appropriate environmental and accident protection of all components of the new Gas Distribution Syttem. All work performed shall be in full compliance with all applicable Local, State and Federal Codes, Guidelines and Requirements regarding construction methods and safety procedures. Issue date is on or about August 11, 1998. BOD is September 11, 1998 at 2:00PM local time. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
