58 -- UPGRADE OF NORTHERN TELECON GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM SOL F33601-98-Q0413 DUE 081798 POC Maggie Linkenhoker, (937)257-5198 ext 4327 Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Global Simulation systems, Schaumburg, IL, for the modification of a standard STR 2760-02 GPS Simulation System to provide independent (radio frequency) RF L1/L2 channels such that each channel can support the testing and evaluation of Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna Control Units utilizing AFRL's Antenna Wave Front Simulator. The system shall have a minimum of 10 independent L1 (1572.42 Mhz) and 10 independent L2 (1227.6 Mhz) RF signals. The maximum RF output power for each signal shall be at least 73dBm. The system shall maintain the capability to convert back to the original system configuration.
