The USACERL Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with EMC Engineers, under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 for services available from the original source for the continued development and support of this highly specialized information system protocol standards.
