The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) plans to issue a Request for Quotes, under the Simplified Acquistion procedures for research of local land sales in El Paso County, TX, as well as, analysis and reporting of findings from the research. The objective of the requirement is to gather land record information and conduct on-site inspections required by the Department on a variety of land sales executed in subdivisions known as "Colonias" in El Paso County, TX, from 1994 to date.
