This requirement is for the acquisition of engineering, technical and logistics services required by the San Antonio Air Logistics Center (SA-ALC), various foreign military sales customers (FMS) and other government agencies in support of all configuration of the RF F-5 and T-38 aircraft weapon systems. The contract will be in accordance with FAR 52.216.22 Indefinite Quantity. The contract will be for three basic years with two one-year options. Orders will be placed against the contract as tasks are identified. Government furnished drawings and specifications are not available. No telepone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. This solicitation will be issued approximately 30 Sep 98 to Northrop Grumman Corporation, California.
