MCI will provide telecommunication services enabling the National Library of Medicine to connect with National High Performance Testbeds sponsored by the National Science Foundation. MCI is currently the only company that offers nationwide and international connectivity to the research communities of interest. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
