The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a contractual instrument on a sole source basis to Rothe Development, Inc., 4614 Sinclair Road, San Antonio, TX 78222. The contract will procure Information Technology Operational Services to support the Defense Information Systems Agency, Defense Megacenter (DMC), 450 Duncan Drive, San Antonio, Texas.
