The USACERL Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with Dr. Robert Beasley, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 for services available from the original source for the continued development and support of this highly specialized software.
