The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta, Georgia. This RFP is structured in accordance with the Uniform Contract Format required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Arco currently is beginning renovations on two buildings in Brooklyn, New York. Arco reserves the right to select more than one subcontractor for this solicitation.
