The anticipated firm fixed price contract will be for one base year and four option years subject to the availability of funds. Work consists of cleaning both the inside and outside of most windows of medical, office, hospital, nursing home and residential buildings, including the outside frame and window well. Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to examine the sites prior to bid preparation; most buildings are multi-story. Although there will be no formal site visit, failure to be aware of the quantity or complexity of work will not be an excuse for failure to perform for a firm fixed price. All bidders MUST have adequate equipment, facilities, licenses and persommel to perform this service. This procurement is issued subject to FAR Part 12 for the acquisitione of commercial items.
