The work involves the construction of the new Enola, PA Post Office Building at Magaro Rd and Center Street, Enola PA 17025-9998. The building is approximately 5,827 sq. ft. on a site that is 132,640 sq. ft. Work includes but is not limited, to demolition, earthwork, site utilities and site improvements, paving, landscaping and irrigation. Work also includes concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, wood structure, wood trusses and decking, roof shingles, sheet metal, masonry, wood stud partition, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, custom cabinets and fixtures, carpentry, glass storefront system, painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, metal fabrications, toilet partitions and accessories, signage, loading dock equipment, fire alarm systems, security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use. Offeror must have a minimum of five (5) years experience as a General contractor and must have satisfactorily completed at least five (5) projects of similar size and scope.
