The work shall consist of approximately 2400 linear feet of rotary drilling, installation of casing and grout, construction of a locking well head cover, monitoring the wells, taking water samples, and submission of a written report of all findings. The purpose of this project is to confirm the depth to the mine, monitor water levels, and collect water samples. The wells are located in West Virginia, on the Grant-Town (3), Mannington (2), and Shinnston (2) Topographic (7.5') Quadrangles. The estimated price range for this project is $50,000 -- $100,000.
