The work shall include all materials, labor, tools, plans, supplies, equipment, material and equipment transporation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction. This project requires careful phasing and coordination with ongoin mail operations and continued use of the existing facility during the entire construction duration. The contractor shall demobilize during the entire month of December, 1998. Coinstruction cost range: $1,200,000 to $1,300,000 Construction completion time will be three hundred (300) calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Evaluation factors in addition to price are as follows in descending order: 1. Price; 2. Time; 3. Performance on past postal projects, if applicable; and 4.
