Construction work for this project will be procured under one contract which includes two options. Construction activities shall include miscellaneous site work, drainage improvements, installation of concrete encased underground duct, electrical utility service, switch gear, and connection to existing commercial service, installation of a perimeter security fence with vehicle and personnel access gates. Option 1 work includes excavation and placement of a 30.5mx15m reinforced foundation, slab and ramps. Work also includes installation of bollards, 2mx3m generator concrete pad, exterior lighting pole with fixture. Option 2 work includes excavation and placement of a second 30.5mx15m reinforced foundation, slab and ramps. Installation of bollards, 8mx8m Satcom pad, exterior lighting pole with fixture. Magnitude of proposed construction project including options is between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of construction performance is 120 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued.
