Dodge IA Carrier Annex. Proposals will be opened on 8/31/98 at 3:00 PM. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC PROPOSAL OPENING. The value of the work is estimated to be between $3,600,000 and $4,000,000. Description of the work is:. Project Location: 3440 Maple Drive, Fort Dodge IA 50501. The project consists of construction of a new Postal Carrier Annex approximately 46,000 sqft. This will be a Design/Build Guaranteed Maximum Price contract. Contractor is responsible for all permits, fees, and coordination with State, City, Local authorities, Postal vendors equipment installation, Inspection Service, District, and KCFSO required to complete project. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete within 300 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be accessed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
