Y-This is a Design/Build Turnkey acquisition of military family housing at Maxwell AFB, Alabama which includes construction of approximately 143 MFH units and demolition of approximately 52 units. Proposals will be solicited on a firm-fixed price, lump sum basis. The Two-Phase Design-Build selection procedures will be utilized for this procurement. Only one solicitation will be issued and will include the scope of work and evaluation factors for Phases I and II. Interested offerors will be requested to submit technical qualifications and experience information based upon the established Phase I evaluation factors. This information will be evaluated and the offers deemed to be the most highly qualified, a maximum of five(5), will be selected to proceed onto Phase II. Only the selected offerors will be allowed to submit a Phase II proposal. Offerors selected to participate in Phase II will be requested to submit technical, past/present performance and price proposals. Source Selection advantageous and offers the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitiation, plans, specifications, nor drawings will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All proposals and other normal documents required for the proposal submittal, including amendments to the proposal submittal, shall be in aper medium. Electronic medium for the proposal submittal documents will not be allowed.
