The National Park Service, Grand Canyon National Park, has identified a requirement for rehabilitation services outlined herein. Work shall be performed on Government owned space at the Albright Training Center in Grand Canyon Village on the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, approximately 60 miles north of Williams, Arizona on State Route 64. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, training, insurance and equipment as needed to strip and reoutfit existing boiler, abate asbestos wall board, abandon existing under-slab hot and domestic water distribution system, install new distribution system in first floor ceiling, remodel 10 apartment kitchens, install exhaust fans in kitchens and bathrooms, install in-apartment sprinkler systems, and hard wire smoke detectors. Work shall be in compliance with technical specifications and all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations and rules pertaining to each phase, including removal, storage, transportation and disposal of asbestos.
