The Air Force intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS) to add a DIA parking lot at Bolling AFB, DC. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Alter: provide necessary earthwork, site excavation, backfill and compaction, selective demolition of existing pavement, walks, curbs, trees: provide new bituminous pavement, curbs, walks, ramps: provide new pavement markings, signage, existing pavement marking eradication: provide sand filter stormwater management structure: implement and maintain the approved erosion and sediment control plan: provide topsoil, seeding, sodding, landscaping, new parking lot lighting. Repair/ Construction: provide necessary selective demolition, earthwork, new curb, gutter and new bituminous pavement associated with the new turn lane: provide pavement markings, signage and existing pavement marking eradication: provide electrical distribution upgrades including manhole, ductbank, pad mounted transformer and switch, perform utility relocations.
