This solicitation invites proposals for drainage rehabilitation, Phase I and Customer Parking Expansion, Phase II, at the South Florida District, Processing and Distribution Center located at 2200 NW 72nd Avenue, Miami FL. Contractors must submit separate price for each Phase. Phase I -- Drainage Rehabilitation is totally funded and will be awarded this fiscal year. Phase II funding is scheduled the fist quarter of the new fiscal year and will be awarded at that time. Proposals submitted for Phase II must be guaranteed for a minimum of 120 days from the closing date. The Postal Service will award both phases, I & II, to the OFFEROR whose proposal is determined to be the best value, price and other related factors considered. Payment and Performance bonds will be required from successful OFFEROR. A Proposal bond (bid bond) is not required.
