The contractor shall include all work necessary to construct a new postal store. The work shall include all materials, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, material and equipment transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction. The work shall include construction for all required building and site amenities. Construction cost range: $450,000 to $550,000 Construction completion time will be one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
